Worst compression ever made exist!

이런 앱은 빨리 사라져야 하는데… 보안도 쓰레기, 나중에 또 어떤 광고를 씌울지도 궁금하고. 맥 앱스토어 정책 무시한 라이센스 정책 펼거 같으니.. 그리고 한국앱이 왠 영어냐. Dont install this app. In korea, this companys products have many secure issue. So the most famous SNS, Cyworld was hacked. And this app for windows brokes my archive files many time.

ONLY ALZip can extract compression archives EGG.

got weird problems in compression and extraction occasionally use it only on extracting alz and egg. and never compress files in alz and egg format anymore plz

Its simple, easy and intuitive. one of the best app.

I dont know if its just me but after I installed Alzip, a lot of uncompressed .app files by Alzip wont open. Also some .app files would not open just because Alzip is installed on this computer. After I unintalled Alzip, all .app files open up without a problem. If you want more trouble in your life, install this.

opened a password protected 7z file that Unarchiver could not. well done, i say

im not a big fan of alzip but this is only high quality zip/unzip app available for free. im giving the 5 star because it is free. unzipping is working great. however, i wouldnt use this on Windows because ive heard of rumors that alzip windows version will modify your registry.

Al Zip is a must for marginally to minimmumal adequate understanders (me) of openining files! The OWL and his EGGS not only keep track of which files need to be opened, that it opened and more importantly WHERE the file is at! The visual OWL and his EGGS actally make file opening fun instead of a chore. I no longer open the same file 20+ times, while never opening the one I actally need! Just as important is the message "FORMAT NOT SUPPORTED! I no longer waste needlessly time trying to open those files. Just as important, when I open a file and see or suspect a missing part, I can find and reopen that file easily. Several times the missing part will show up. I have only used AL for opening files, not for file compression. I as yet have little need for file compression. So far my only complaint is ALs OWL places itself mid screen when open. When opening the many files I get and try to do other things, it gets in the way. No way to reposition it out of the way to stay.

Alz format is really bad. I do not understand why they are using this format for only this program.

The title says it all. Keeps saying locate the file, but it is definitely there.

I needed an app to open some RAR files (.rar extension). There are some "out there" on the web. But why not go through the App Store, where you know the application is likely to be safer (ie, sandboxed)…. well, the reason might be, because there are free ones, on the web. Well, now there is a free on in the App Store and it really works! Quick, easy. Good stuff. Saved my bacon!

Please everyone, dont use this horrible app for your zip files… This app create alz and egg compressing format that only very very limited programs can open it. There is The Unarchiver on high rank of Free app chart, the best free unarchiver for Mac. Please, please, dont use this app!!!!!!

works fine with zip files. have to change the formats from WinZip for Mac if you downloaded the trial version. mine had expired and i can access fine. probably best for light users like me with occasional needs to use it.
